Policy

At RobotVacuums.com we have an extended 60 day return policy, beginning from the date you received your item. We will refund the amount of your purchase.  To be eligible for a return your item must be in its original packaging in like new condition, with all accessories. Accidental protection warranty purchases are non refundable

To start a return, please fill out the forms on our return portal page. If your return is accepted, we will provide you an RMA number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or switched with another item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We reserve the right to decline requests at our determination.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we receive your item for the refund to show in your account.
