Works perfectly and easy to empty.
The product page described this as a new robot vacuum. After placing the order I received an email saying that the product was in new condition but that the box was opened. Upon receipt, it was clear that the robot vacuum had been used before. It was full of hairs and dust (see photos). The last thing you want to see when you purchase a new product is someone else's hairs and dirt all over the machine. I have emailed the website to return the product but they have yet to respond. Ridiculous
Love it! Only improvement that would be nice is that you could add cleaner to the water.

This is the second time I’ve used it and I absolutely love it! It cleans so well with water and even gets under my kitchen cabinets. I’m having morning coffee while it cleans. I was always afraid of falling on my wet tile floor while cleaning but this bot solves the problem.

Honestly, this little guy far exceeded my expectations. It really mops! Does a great job, is quiet, and easy to use. No problems with it mopping the carpet by mistake (we have berber style, so not completely low pile). It even mops around my kitchen mats!

This thing cleans better than my wife
We have named him "Sucker" as he sucks up so much dust and debris that we didn't even notice before. We love how well he cleans both hard floors and carpets and that he can mop, too. We set up the app and this makes it so simple to tell Sucker where we want him to clean and if we want an area done twice. We like that he has a set pattern and doesn't randomly move around. We've heard others complain that their brand often got stuck under furniture or on cords. After using him for two weeks he has only gotten stuck in one place, went under a piece of furniture, and couldn't figure out how to get back out. We decided to save the money of buying the added dock where he could empty himself and wash his mop and those jobs have been minimal for us and we can then get the reward of seeing what he found! We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

This thing is absolutely amazing! My floors have never been so consistently clean! I have one cat and one dog and the L10s ultra makes sure the pet hair is gone twice a day! Can say that I’ve saved time though becase I sit and watch the bit in action more than I should. I use it in both levels by bringing the vacuum upstairs once a day and returning it to the station for self clean manually.
Works great ..set and went to bed. Few hours later, I put other pads on to mop, got up in morning and it was done!

Terrible product. Stopped working almost immediately. Keeps saying "charging stopped even when i switch it off. I get the company filed for bankruptcy BUT to sell a defective product is shady!
I love my Everybot! It cleans when I’m not able. The new design is so much better! It is thinner so it fits under cabinets etc it has a great water tank now. I love my Everybot!
